• Melting

  • Line1 - 2 - Crucible
    500 Kg. 2 Nos, Single track (350 KWH) = Heat in 1 Hrs
  • Line2- 2 - Crucible 500 Kg - 1 Nos, 1000 Kg - 1 Nos= Heat in 1 Hrs
  • Line3- 2 - Crucible 500 Kg. 2 Nos, Single track (450 KWH)= Heat in 45 mint
  • Line4- 3 - Crucible 500 Kg - 3 Nos (Dual Track)= Heat in 30 mint

• Charging Material

  • Total 6 Crain – in the range of 2 ton to 6 ton safe capacity
  • Min 500 Ton scrap reserves at a time to sustain interrupted supply

• Sand Preparation & Moulding

  • DRPA-300, Moulding Line With Semi-Automatic Sand Plant (BMM) & set of pneumatic Jolting machine.
  • 3 number of Conventional Mould line with set of pneumatic Jolting machine & Pin lifting machine

• Core Shop
